scout drawingYesterday, Crew Janci LLP filed a new child sexual abuse lawsuit against Boy Scouts of America in Minnesota.  We are proud to be representing the victim in this case — John Doe 153 — who suffered severe and repeated abuse by his Scoutmaster (Leland Opalinksi).

This case also highlights the ongoing problem of child pornography and sexual exploitation by pedophile Scout Leaders.

Here is some of the media coverage of this most recent case filed by Crew Janci LLP and our Minnesota co-counsel, Patrick Noaker:

“Minnesota’s Child Victim Act allows victims of child sexual abuse in Scouting to seek justice, truth and change now — no matter how long ago the violations happened.”
